#1-A wool coat is a cozy and fashionable way to keep warm in the fall and carries on into the winter months. Look for one in a neutral colour, which will match everything.
#2-A satchel is a great fall bag because of it's many handles/ways of carrying it (briefcase style, over the shoulder, etc.), which makes it easy to carry books, Starbucks, etc. all at the same time.
#3-A faux (empahasis on the faux) fur collar gives the warmth of a scarf without all of the bulk.
#4-Knit dresses and oversized jumpers are among my go to pieces for fall. Just throw one on with a pair of tights and your favourite boots and you're ready to go.
#5-I've been seeing John Lennon style round sunnies all over the place and have taken quite a liking to them. They look so much less summery to me than wayfarers, somehow...perfection.
#6-Sparkly, dark nail polish is perfect for fall (and all year round, for that matter). I'm obsessed with Dior's Poison and Chanel's Peridot.
#7-High-heeled oxfords make any outfit look put together. They also look awesome in unexpected colours, like burnt orange and add a pop of colour on dreary fall days.
#8-Cutesy accessories automatically go from kitchy to oh so appropriate during the fall months for some reason.
#9- A skinny brown belt is perfect for excentuating your waist and looks great with the chunky knits and oversized jumpers I mentioned earlier. And as an added bonus, it will match virtually everything in your wardrobe.
#10- Cable knit tights are one of my favourite items for fall especially if you're like me, and refuse to trade in your skirts and dresses for pants (blah). They're also perfect for layering with more tights underneath or with knee high socks over top.
#11- A dark red lip is the perfect accessory for fall. As your skin gets paler, the brighter the lipstick will look!
